This monthly fee helps keep our community beautiful and active—covering the upkeep of recreation centers, executive golf courses, pickleball and tennis courts, pools, putting and chip courses, and all the activities that make The Villages so special.

Each January, the Village Community Development Districts (VCDD and VCCDD) establish a new base rate for incoming owners. Your amenity fee adjusts annually on your home’s anniversary date, based on the cost-of-living index—starting from when the developer first sold your home.
